Six new sculptures have been installed on the school grounds. Sixth through eighth grade students in the EXPLORE Visual Art program participated in creating the sculptures with visiting artist Ann Thompson. She brought bicycle parts and nylon climbing rope and taught us how to weave between the spokes. The pieces are weatherproof and colorful. They move with the wind. Please be sure to notice them as you drive around the front of the school or visit the back playground. |
