Kindergarten students have had a great time with our Project Lead the Way Science unit - Structure and Function: Exploring Design.  As engineers they have planned, designed, built, and then tested the function of: pipe cleaner beanstalks, 3 little pig houses, multi-purpose painting tools (pictured), and last but not least, gingerbread man houses to capture their run away gingerbread men. The gingerbread houses will be placed throughout the school and put to the test next week, before winter break!  The children are very excited and looking forward to capturing those run away gingerbread men!
