All this week students in grades Pre-K through 8 will enjoy a full unit of Maple Sugaring. This includes fiction and nonfiction books read about the topic, and a video of Thurston and Peters Sugar Shack. To close out the event, students will taste store bought syrup that contained 0% maple sugar and 100% pure maple syrup.
